FAQs

How much time do you need for set up?

We’ll arrive at your venue approximately 45-60mins before your reserved booking so everything is ready before guests arrive.


Do you require power?

Yes! We require dedicated access to a 120V outlet. 


Do you need access to an elevator?

Yes – if the placement area is not on the ground floor.


How many people does the booth fit?

The booth fits 2 guests comfortably, with room for larger groups who don't mind squeezing in for the fun!


How much space is required?

We recommend approximately 8'Lx5'Wx3'D


Is a deposit required?

Yes - 50% deposit is due upon booking to reserve your date. The remaining portion is due 2 weeks before your date.


Is the booth self-serve?

Yes! The booth is designed for a user-friendly experience, allowing guests to start their own sessions with just a tap of a button.


Do guests receive print outs?

Absolutely. Every session includes professional-quality photo strips printed in seconds.


Can I receive digital copies?

Yes. You will receive the full gallery within 48hrs after the event.


Can I customize my rental experience?

Yes - every rental includes a custom designed backlit decal on the front of the booth, custom welcome message on screen, as well as custom template on photo printouts (a perfect place for your logo or branding). Add-on a specific curtain colour to match your colour scheme. 


Do you travel?

Yes! We service all of Southern Ontario. Travel outside our included service area (within 30km of Guelph) incurs a mileage fee.


Is there a guest limit?

No. Guests are welcome to enjoy the booth throughout the rental period.


What makes Good Company's booth different?

Our handcrafted, vintage-inspired enclosed booth creates a private space for guests to relax, be themselves, and capture timeless photos. Unlike open-air setups, the enclosed design offers a more intimate, nostalgic experience while producing DSLR-quality images and professional prints.


Can the booth be placed outdoors?

The booth is designed for indoor use or fully covered outdoor locations protected from weather and direct sunlight, on solid even ground.


Please contact us for location approval upon booking. Please have a back up plan for outdoor placement during poor weather. We reserve the right to decline set up if appropriate placement is not provided.
